Medical Release
A medical release form is required for all junior high and high school overnight trips. Print this form, and return it to our Student Ministries office.
Security
The security of our students is very important to us. We have a number of security measures in place to ensure their safety. In order to volunteer in the student ministries at Palmcroft, you must to fill out a special application form. Follow the link below to complete the form on a secured site which runs a criminal background check on each applicant.
