Medical Release
A medical release form is required for all junior high and high school overnight trips. Print the form and return it to our Student Ministries office.
Security
The security of your student is very important to us. We have a number of security measures in place for the safety of your student. In order to work in the student ministries at Palmcroft, we need you to fill in the application form connected to this site. Click here, fill in the form, and then submit it.
