Who is listed in the directory?
Every person and/or family who is either currently active, or a member of Palmcroft is featured in the online directory. New names, photos and information are added weekly as the body grows.
I’m new. How do I join the online community?
Submit a completed family profile form (above), and you will be contacted by email when you are authorized to log on. Schedule a portrait appointment, and join our new online community. It’s that easy.
Why am I not able to receive a user name and password online?
No email address was detected in the roster information provided to the church. Please contact the church office to validate your information and a username and password will be promptly authorized.
Who has access to my information?
Only authorized persons associated with Palmcroft Baptist Church. The online directory is safe and secure, and requires a pre-approved user name and password for access.
How do I search for someone else? Someone who shares a similar interest, hobby or church activity? Someone to help me with a skilled trade (plumber, electrician, roofer, etc.)?
Simply enter a name, hobby, occupation, city, etc. and click on “search”. Instantly you will discover everyone in our church body who is a match to the criteria you entered!
Do I have to include my personal information in the directory?
No.You may edit any information you may not want visible on your profile by simply un-checking the box located next to the information line when in the “Edit” mode. You control what information is shown. However, it is strongly recommended families participate by showing completed information including occupation, (church) activities and hobbies to best take advantage of the connection possibilities for the ministry at large.
Why is my profile information included in the directory but my picture is not displayed?
You may have un-checked “display portrait online” on your edit member profile or there is no portrait currently on file for you. You may request an “updated” photo online and a complimentary professional portrait appointment will be arranged.
Why is my picture in the directory, but my family profile information is not displayed?
There is no family profile found on file for you. You may update your information online instantly by clicking “Edit” on your member profile and then click “Save.”
Where do I find out more information how to use the directory? Set up a group? Manage birthdays?
A comprehensive, but easy-to-use “help” link is available at the bottom of your profile page.
Instructions
Step One
You may access our new pictorial directory by clicking “Enter Directory” above. This is a safe and secure page. It is only visible to authorized persons associated with Palmcroft Baptist Church. You will need a user name and password to enter the directory which may be obtained on the home page of the directory. Simply click “Forgot your password or user name?” which is underneath the login, and follow the easy steps to receive your own user name and password immediately by email.
Step Two
Enter your assigned user name and password, then click the “Login” button.
Step Three
Click “My Profile,” and then click “Edit” at the top of the page.
Step Four
Go to “Change Login” on the lefthand side and change your user name and password to something you will remember.
Step Five
Add or update your email address and review, update, or add your personal information and family message. You may select any information you don’t want visible by unchecking the box next to the information line. Step Six When finished editing, click “Save” at the bottom of the page to save your changes. Step Seven If your profile does not yet feature a photograph, simply click “Update my Portrait” to request a professional complimentary photography session to have your portrait included in the online directory.
